"WILKES ZOOM"

I am going to hunt Zoom hard for the next several months. As long as he keeps hunting hard, improving on his already good tracking/treeing abilities, and reproduces a couple good litters I will offer him for stud.

If interested in breeding your dog to Zoom in the future, a puppy, or just want to talk hunting' give me a call, text, email or hit me up on FB (search Morgan Wilkes).

ZOOM'S BLOODLINE

Zoom is a well bred hound that is a product of Mr. Mike Dohoney. I drove to Indiana to meet with Mr. Mike and pick Zoom up when he was just a few months old. Of course I had a million questions for Mr. Mike, and I tried to politely ask as many as I could without getting on his nerves LOL... The main information I got from Mr. Mike about Zoom was.... On the sire hound, Dohoney's Tom Horn, and the dam hound Dohoney's Candy.

Mr. Mike told me the Tom horn dog was a fine hound with very good tracking ability. One of the best rough/bad terrain hounds he's had. Of course as you all know he is off Dohoney's Boone, one of the best reproducing hounds ever.

I went on to ask about the Candy dog and he come right out and said she has the loudest mouth of any female he's ever had (Zoom definitely inherited that trait). Mr. Mike went on to say Candy was a wide hunting dog. She would not pass several coons and go miles in a straight line to tree. Mr. Mike said she is a first strike and first tree type dog. He then went on to tell me he got her from a long time friend of his from MI named Herm. He said Mr. Herm has always had good dogs and he was glad they were able to work out a deal on this dog. Mr. Mike said she is not out of a bunch of big named dogs, just some local dogs around MI. That didn't discourage me then and it doesn't now. I've had several people I've met and talked with tell me that said if Herm had her she is a good dog.

I believe that between the loud mouth and great all around hunting ability Candy carries in her genes and the great tracking and and treeing abilities Tom Horn carries Zoom is a "POWERHOUSE" coon hound that can reproduce some great litters.
